HOW DOES THE CORRECTIVE CARE PLAN WORK?
Corrective Care Plans are available to existing patients following an initial consultation and assessment. This allows us to understand your individual needs before discussing whether regular ongoing care may be appropriate for you.
01 — Initial Consultation & Assessment
All new patients begin with a 45-minute initial consultation.
We’ll discuss your symptoms, medical history, activity and goals before completing an appropriate clinical assessment. Your findings and treatment options will be explained, with treatment beginning at the first appointment where appropriate.
02 — Discuss Your Ongoing Care
Following your assessment and initial treatment, we’ll discuss the most appropriate next steps based on your individual presentation and goals.
This may involve further treatment, rehabilitation, self-management or, where regular care is appropriate, the option of joining a Corrective Care Plan.
03 — Join Your Care Plan
If a Care Plan is appropriate and you’d like to join, you can choose between the Corrective Care Plan 20 (£41/month) or Corrective Care Plan 30 (£49/month).
You’ll be provided with the relevant online enrolment form to set up your plan.
04 — Continue Your Monthly Care
Your Care Plan includes one appointment each month at your selected duration.
If you need additional treatment, you can also access up to three additional appointments per month at the applicable member rate.
Your care can continue to evolve according to your symptoms, activity, progress and individual goals.

IMPORTANT CARE PLAN INFORMATION
We want the Corrective Care Plan to be simple and transparent. Please review the following information before joining.
One Appointment Per Month
Your plan includes one appointment each month at your selected duration — either 20 or 30 minutes.
No Carry-Over
Your included monthly appointment must be used within that month. Unused appointments do not carry over into future months.
Cancellation
After the minimum term, you can cancel your Care Plan by providing at least 14 days’ notice before your next monthly payment date.
Additional Member Appointments
If you require additional treatment, you can book up to three additional appointments per month at the applicable member rate.
Non-Transferable
Your Care Plan and included appointments are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments booked through your Care Plan remain subject to Corrective Pain Relief’s standard cancellation policy. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Full Care Plan terms are provided when you are invited to enrol following your initial consultation and assessment.

What happens if I don’t use my monthly appointment?
Your included appointment should be used within the relevant month.

Can I book additional appointments during the month?
Yes.

Can someone else use my monthly appointment?
No. Corrective Care Plans and their included appointments are non-transferable and are intended for the individual patient enrolled on the plan.
What’s the difference between a Care Plan and a Treatment Package?
The Corrective Care Plan provides one regular appointment each month with a predictable monthly payment and access to additional member-rate sessions.
A Treatment Package allows you to purchase 5, 10 or 15 appointments and may be more suitable when several sessions are planned over a shorter or more flexible timeframe.

How do I cancel my Corrective Care Plan?
The Care Plan has an initial minimum term of three months.
After the minimum term, you can cancel by providing at least 14 days’ notice before your next monthly payment date.
Full membership terms are provided when you are invited to enrol.
