Big shoutout to Adrian at Corrective Pain Relief. 👊 We work with a lot of people carrying old injuries and years of chronic pain, and having someone we trust to send them to makes all the difference. Adrian doesn’t just treat the symptom, he actually gets people better. What makes him a proper asset to our community is the corporate packages he offers. He makes it easy for our members and clients to access top-level osteo care, so recovery and performance go hand in hand. Train hard, recover right. If you’re pushing yourself in the gym, you need someone in your corner keeping your body right. Adrian is that person. Easy to get to, free parking, and results that speak for themselves. Corrective Pain Relief, we appreciate you.

I can’t recommend Adrian at Corrective Relief highly enough. Getting there is so easy, and having free parking right there takes all the stress out of the visit before you even walk through the door. From the moment you arrive, Adrian’s customer service is first class. He genuinely listens, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and makes you feel completely at ease. But the real difference is the results. I’d been living with chronic pain for 10 years after injuries, and I’d honestly started to accept it as just part of my life. Adrian fixed what a decade of pain had done to me. I feel like a new person, and I only wish I’d found him sooner. If you’re dealing with pain and want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and treats you brilliantly along the way, book in with Adrian. You won’t regret it !

I went to see Adrian at Corrective Pain Relief after injuring my ankle while training for the Keswick Three Peaks. I was hobbling at the time and worried the injury might stop me from completing the challenge. Adrian assessed my ankle and identified that I had sprained the ligaments. He provided treatment along with clear rehabilitation exercises and advice to help me recover and gradually return to training. I was able to complete the Keswick Three Peaks and have been pain-free since! I’d highly recommend Adrian if you’re looking for an osteopath in Manchester for an ankle injury, sports injury, or rehabilitation.

I've been seeing Adrian for nearly a year after suffering with chronic neck tension and migraines for years. His initial assessment was incredibly thorough, and he took the time to understand my symptoms and explain everything clearly. The results have been fantastic. I no longer suffer from migraines, and my neck and back feel much better overall. Adrian is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his patients. The PhysiApp is also a great support, reminding me to keep up with exercises between appointments.

I went to see Adrian at Corrective Pain Relief with pain travelling down my arm. I assumed the problem was my arm, but Adrian quickly identified it was actually referred pain coming from my neck, which was a real surprise. He explained everything clearly, carried out a thorough assessment, and treated the underlying cause rather than just the symptoms. The treatment, along with the exercises and advice he gave me, made a huge difference and my symptoms improved quickly. If you’re looking for an osteopath in Manchester for neck pain, trapped nerves, or pain travelling down the arm, I’d highly recommend Adrian and Corrective Pain Relief.

I came across Adrian by referal through another member of my local gym. I have been suffering for an extended period from a sore back that has been debilitating. Upon my first visit Adrian assessed the problems and issues with my back and got to work with putting a treatment and rehabilitation plan for my back. Regular visits for Osteo treatment, acupuncture, cupping etc and a practical regular stretching program routine has made good progress with the healing process. I highly recommend Adrian
