Which appointment should I book?
If you’re a new patient, start by booking an initial consultation. This allows time to discuss your symptoms and medical history, complete an appropriate clinical assessment and explain the findings before beginning treatment where appropriate.
For existing patients, 20, 30 and 60-minute follow-up appointments are available depending on your treatment and rehabilitation needs.
If you’re unsure before booking, you can also arrange a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your situation.

What happens during my first appointment?
Your first appointment begins with a consultation covering your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, activity and what you would like help with.
An appropriate clinical and musculoskeletal assessment will then be carried out to better understand your presentation.
We’ll explain the findings, discuss your options and, where appropriate, begin treatment during the same appointment.
How long is my first appointment?
Your initial consultation is approximately 45 minutes.
This provides additional time for your consultation, clinical assessment, explanation of the findings and treatment where appropriate.
Follow-up appointments are available in 20, 30 and 60-minute options.
What’s the difference between a 20, 30 and 60-minute appointment?
The different appointment lengths provide flexibility depending on the amount of treatment, reassessment or rehabilitation required.
A shorter appointment may be suitable for focused follow-up care, while longer appointments provide additional time where more comprehensive treatment or rehabilitation is appropriate.
If you’re unsure which duration to choose for a follow-up, we can advise you based on your individual circumstances.
Do I need to book a course of treatment?
No. There is no requirement to purchase a treatment package.
Your treatment and rehabilitation should be based on your individual presentation, progress and goals. Where further appointments may be beneficial, this can be discussed with you as your care progresses.
For patients who prefer to plan ahead, treatment packages and monthly Corrective Care Plans are also available.
