When it comes to pain in the lower back or buttocks I find that it is often a combination of joints, muscles and nerves that are the source of the problem. It may or may not be from sciatica, yet people hastily jump to the conclusion that this is the case. Your pain may appear as stiffness, "pins and needles" anywhere along the back and down as far as the feet or muscle weakness. Things like walking up stairs may also be difficult.

Recent studies show that lower back pain is not usually linked to any serious disease, but can be debilitating and emotionally distressing. It can be triggered by bad posture while sitting or standing, bending awkwardly, or lifting incorrectly. Statistics reveal that at least 60% of the adult population will have at least one bout of lower back pain! Let me show you how this can be prevented, but also what can be done if this is afflicting you. Just click below for my presentation video on the subject.
