How to perform this stretch:

• Start by leaning on something stable with the hands roughly in line with the shoulders
• Have the legs staggered so that one leg is in front and that the toes are facing forward
• Gently lean forward with the body, bending the front knee whilst keeping the back leg fairly straight
• Ensure that the heel doesn’t lift off from the ground


Keeping the back foot facing forward, with the front leg in the air, and start swinging the knee in and out to twist the hip


If you are lifting the heel or the food twists, you may need to bring the back leg closer forward to maintain the correct position
