How to perform this stretch:

• Start in a kneeling position and bring one foot in front and across
• As you lower the body, ensure that the foot and knee are in line
Lean the torso further forward to deepen the stretch

If you find this difficult here are some alternatives:

• Option of raising the knee with some pillows to allow you to complete the stretch
• Try having the front leg on something higher like a sofa for example
