How to stretch the front of the forearm (flexors):

  1. Standing – using the opposite hand to pull the hand back with a straight arm
  2. Floor or chair – with the arms straight, the palm of the hand on the floor/chair and the fingers facing towards you
  3. Wall – slowly reach the hands higher with the palm of the hand on the wall and the fingers facing down

How to stretch the back of the forearm (extensors):

  • With the arm straight point the fingers towards the floor
  • With the opposite hand, grab the hand with the fingers facing down and twist the hand so that the fingers face away from the body
