The shoulders are a common cause of complaint among my clients. If you are experiencing pain, it could be from one of the following causes: a pinched nerve from the neck, frozen shoulder, strained or inflamed muscles and tendons.
Confusion arises between shoulder pain and what is actually upper back pain. For example, slouching of the shoulders can trigger the straining of nearby upper-back muscles and tendons. Bad seating posture and any stress are prime factors for upper back tension.
Depending on your condition, I would consider ways to restore the range of motion in the affected location and any other contributory locations. Subconsciously you may be more dominate on one side as opposed to the other which can lead to your suffering. As this a complex region I recommend that you attentively watch my video explanation.
