Home Exercises

Not enough time that you tell yourself you can't get around to doing some essential exercises? What I will show you can be done at home and, if exercise accessories are needed, at minimal cost. The videos below are a combination of beginner and advanced exercises to improve mobility, core strength and posture.

Disclaimer – One exercise/stretch on it’s own might not get you maximal results. We can discuss in a consultation a specific step-by- step programme and treatment that you may require.
