Sometimes you may experience headache, neck pain or both! You may think that a headache always means a migraine. Not true! Most headaches occur in the nerves, blood vessels, and muscles around the head and neck. In fact, a severe headache may actually come from multiple sources simultaneously. Neck pain may be the result of trapped nerves, lack of sleep, dehydration, stress or a severe jolt.

When examining such patients I first of all need to review their case history. Symptoms, lifestyle history, nutrition, medical history, sleeping patterns, etc all provide indications that tell a story. Especially if you have been suffering for an extended period then these indicators become more relevant to get to the true cause of the problem. Watch my video presentation to find out more.
