How to Sit Properly

A few quick tips to fix your seated posture! 😃

✅ Height – Hips higher than the knees. Change the height of the chair or use props

✅ Sat at the Edge of seat – Stops you from rounding the back and forces you to use your core muscles

✅Alternating one leg tucked under the chair or both tucked under

✅ Remember – To stretch or keep moving if sat still every 20-30 mins 😃✌🏽

❌ Some ergonomic chairs are expensive and don’t actually work as well as regularly moving the body and using your core muscles. Over time they may make it worse for you! 😬
