Hi! This is Adrian from Corrective Pain Relief. Today I'm at the gym in preparation for my competition in 2 weeks time doing fitness modelling. I'm training around 6-9 times a week at the moment.

Welcome to my first blog! What I'll be discussing in future blogs is not only health and fitness, but also lifestyle factors, prevention of injury, rehab, building muscle and conditioning.

Those are all the sort of things that I relate to here I relate to things that I've done in clinic as well, which is really important.
